After enrolling in one of the orientation programs, your business coach will help you evaluate options going forward as a Fusion K9 trainer and make sure that it is the right fit for you.
If you choose to enroll in the IBO Starter package then you can begin training for your first certificate.
If you believe that the Fusion program offers a path for you to earn financial freedom and enjoy what you are doing, then it is time to start working with a Business Manager. Your Business Manager will help you evaluate all of the income opportunities available to you.
If you believe that ORA is the right partner, and you are ready to begin a career as a Fusion K9 trainer, then you will need to enroll as a Fusion Apprentice.
After enrolling as a Fusion Apprentice, and completing your first certificate, your Fusion Business Manager will begin assisting you with new clients.
All K9 Programs
Program runs average a minimum of 3 hours. Program requires a 1 hour free consultation. Travel to clients home is required.

All K9 Programs
Program runs average a minimum of 4 weeks. Spend an average of 1-1.5 hours per day per K9.
Family K9 Programs
Program runs average a minimum of 2 months. Spend an average of 1-1.5 hours per day per K9.
Service K9 Programs
Program runs a minimum of 16 weeks and up to 18 months. Earn up to $2,200 per month. Average of 1-1.5 hours per day per K9.
All Referral Programs
5%-10% Commission on referred clients (that you do not train).
5%-20% Commission on shop product items sold through referral links.
20% Recurring Commission on nutrition programs.
2%-10% Lifetime Commission on referred B2B clients (breeders, veterinarians, etc).
IBO Self Paced Program
This package includes all courses presented by Open Range Academy, plus 3 Family Canine Certificate evaluations.
IBO Apprentice Program
Are you serious about making K9 training a full-time career? Are you ready to work with a preferred partner in the K9 industry? The IBO Apprentice enrollment fee provides you access to the ORA Fusion training platform beginning with your Family K9 Trainer Certificate, training support from your Fusion Mentor, and access to your personal Fusion Business Manager. Applicants who complete certificates through the Apprentice Program are eligible to offer services through ORA.
Workshop License Fee
License fees cover the cost of setting up and establishing your ORA Fusion Trainer program in your local area. A list of standard features is provided below. Your license fee is paid through work-credit. There is no obligation to pay if you don't earn income and/or you quit the IBO program.
Boarding Service License Fee
Do you plan to board-and-train K9s for ORA program contracts? Then you will be required to complete an independent home evaluation FIRST to qualify. BaT license fees is paid through our work-credit programs - pay nothing up-front.
RFH License Fee
Do you plan to raise puppies or service dogs for ORA? Then you will be required to complete an independent home evaluation FIRST to qualify. RFH license fees require a $1,5000 deposit to get started, the remaining balance may be paid through work credit.
Fusion Ambassador Annual Account Fee
You will be required to pay a yearly and monthly maintenance fee for your IBO account. This fee is deducted from your weekly/monthly earnings.
Nutrition Startup Package
ORA uses Paw Tree food and nutrition products. We recommend you enroll with your own account. You can earn lifetime 20% commission on dog/cat food sold to clients. It adds up. Make sure to ask the ORA admin for more details.
Print & Apparel Startup Package
Everything you need for your startup Fusion IBO; business cards, shirts, client freebies, flyers and more. Additionally, receive up to 25% discount on all ORA Fusion training apparel, BombProof gear, and additional print materials.
Computer or Laptop
Do you need a new work computer or tablet for sales presentations? ORA can assist you with financing your operating costs.
Travel Expenses
If you require travel for yourself or a K9, add it to your startup totals.
You will have an SEO optimized training webpage(s). This will include your location, services, and trainer bio. You will be able to include your training specialties, booking calendar, and social media links.
You will have client landing pages for scheduling and meeting new clients. Your new leads will go directly to you so that you may follow up ASAP. The client scheduler will link to your professional ORA calendar and sync with your ORA Gmail account.
Your booking calendar is set by you. You can include your working hours and dates. Any ORA service offered will be available on your booking form.
ORA will work diligently to get your Fusion Trainer location listed in top search results for local businesses in search engine results. Keywords include dog training, dog training in my area, professional dog training services and more.
You will be able to communicate with your clients via MY ORA. This service is available through any desktop or mobile web browser, however, an Apple and Android app are coming soon as well.

Training is a high quality investment and finance packages can spread out the financial burden over 3-5 years. You will be able to offer financing on all packages even if it's only $150. Programs over $1,000 can be approved in 5 minutes and funded in 1-3 days. You have the power to help your client make a sound financial decision and you get paid up-front for the contract service provided.
ORA makes it easy to set-up and sign contracts digitally, protecting both you and the client. ORA admin also provides training for contract creation and legal protections for the client.
ORA will provide you custom social media accounts for Facebook (business page and group page), and Instagram. ORA will also integrate with your Tiktok and Twitter accounts soon.
ORA will post content daily to your social media accounts. ORA utilizes professional social media services to publish engaging content that will drive interactions.

Your ORA administrator will conduct a regional analysis to determine total market availability. Upon completion the administrator will put together a comprehensive business plan and marketing goal for the region that meets your goals and objectives.
ORA will provide you with a business email @openrangeacademy.com and with a custom business phone number provided by Zoom. You will be able to call, chat, or video conference with unlimited data from any smart phone. Phone numbers are separate from your personal number.
You will be able to order all of your business cards, print materials, car magnets/stickers, right from the ORA shop. Your business materials will be provided at competitive prices. Additionally, you can purchase ORA apparel and print credits to receive a 25% discount on all shop promotional items.
Your ORA links are tracked with a lifetime referral cookie. The client always has the option to choose any trainer they wish, however, you will always get referral revenue for each client.
ORA will focus 70% of your efforts on client interactions and sales. This includes sales processes, client interactions, scheduling, etc.

ORA has nearly 45,000 monthly visitors for service K9's. Unfortunately we are not able to service all candidates. That is why we are currently pursuing a 501c3 partner program. The main arm of this program achieves 2 goals: #1 help clients achieve financing via grants and tax deductible donations; #2 keep trainers employed providing a higher quality service all year long.
Most non-profit K9 training entities put their funding into high overhead buildings, beautiful infrastructure, and staff. The industry standard cost of a 501c3 K9 to the client exceeds $24,000, with an average of only 25% coming from grants or raised funds. This means the client is still paying an for 75% of the cost.
ORA aims to make fund raising easier for 501c3 eligible clients and instead of investing funds into high overhead operations and asking trainers to volunteer, we will be paying the trainer (standard commission rates) instead.
The Open Range Alliance will be a separate entity. You will be able to provide contract work for services rendered. The client will be managed through the standard ORA platform and have the full suite of ORA tools available to them. You will have to be a Fusion IBO to be qualified and you must be certified for the appropriate task to be eligible for participation.
This project will be active by June 2021.

Your income is dependent on your work ethic, willingness to learn, and your ability to connect with clients. It is possible to earn over $200k+ yearly working as a Fusion IBO*.

Yes. There are two ways ORA drives new clients to your ORA website: #1 through direct ORA paid ads; and #2 through organic search results. If clients come through ORA websites and they are looking for training in your geographical are than ORA will refer you as a trainer. It is up to you to make yourself available and offer assistance ASAP to meet the clients needs.
Training Experience
No! You will not require previous experience in business or as a K9 trainer. ORA provides all necessary training.
Time Required For Training
That is completely up to you. If you have zero prior experience it may take 2-4 months to achieve your first certificate.

You may offer any services you choose. You will work with your Fusion Business Manager to determine the best service model that fits your lifestyle and income goals.

No. Many services are not reliant on location; however, if you live nearer to big cities you may have more income opportunities.
